Really enjoying my role at Domex. Progressive, positive and really does look after their people. We do work hard, yes, But it is rewarding. The people I work with have become good friends

We used to be in Wimbledon which was really convenient for me . The office moved to Epsom, which was less convenient .

Fantastic opportunities to build an appliance engineering career, without a need for prior experience. A can do attitude and hard work is rewarded. Strong and approachable leadership. Brilliant training and support.

The majority of the team are based remotely (because of the nature of the business) which means we don't often all get together as one team. That said, an Annual Conference and our Christmas party does help with this, along with great internal communications.
