Pros
As people are struggling together, they develop a sense of solidarity
Cons
I have worked in about 10 cafes and this one was the worst. It hires lots of young people who don't realise how disrespected they are. The pay was bad (the lowest in my 3 jobs of FOH in Perth at the time). The perks are ridiculous. We were strongly understaffed at peak time. But most of all, the culture of the company was terrible as it was reflecting how everybody was treated by the senior management. This person has no clue how to manage people, or what a good customer service looks like. He was yelling a lot, and in front of customer. It gives such a bad image of the company. The only goal was to make cafes fast, reusing and reheating the same milk over again. Avoid to work there if possible, there are so many places that will make you much happier as a FOH / barista
