Below average communication - I was not informed of the nature of the disability that this particular home specialised in before starting my role, so I only found out about the risks involved after starting my work. Was also a long and tedious correspondence back and forth with HR/recruitment managers to sort out paperwork. In simple terms, the right hand wasn't talking to the left.
