      Nice Co Workers Decent management Clean store

      Cons

      Higher up management isn't great Removing items can get you scolded (item voids) low chance to get a raise and if you do you get cents more even as managers in stores Can't buy any items without a store manager No benefits at all

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
