      Exceptionally cheap for items that are typically marked up elsewhere, such as greeting cards, gift wrap, and seasonal decorations.

      Cons

      Stock fluctuates wildly. You might find an item one week and never see it again.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
