I started in 2012 in a general office position. Within 4 months I received 2 promotions; first to a supervisor or 6 representatives and then as the office manager. I had close contact with every employee and was thrilled for the opportunity. I retired in 2015 from full time. In 2016 I started back as parttime, temporary help as I was needed in the office and are into my third year in this schedule. I have had many positions in the company and have had the best of the best.
Cons
In the past there was a large turnover in personnel. However, presently the majority of the staff has been here for 2 or more years.
