Pros
flex scheduling and future growth opportunity to advance in the company with proper guidance with in the region and didtrict managers.
Cons
Not enough payroll hours, upper management such as the DM AND RM are constantly cutting budget on the stores so they can pad their pockets. Anyone who has any idea would see this. Raises and bonus incentive to assistant managers. They work just as hard as the store manager or some may work harder. Micromanagement needs to stop!!! STOP MICRO-MANAGMENT.
