Pros
Flexible scheduling for those who study or have other duties
Cons
Poor organization, management trying to push you harder and work faster despite knowing their employees have debilitating injuries. Expect to work with 1 other person at most during your shift. Upper management urging store manager to fire low productivity workers while they're already struggling to hire, yet refuses to pay people higher wages. The back storage area is filled to the brim, you seriously cannot get through that area. The inventory ordering system seems to be at least partially automated and keeps sending the same items even though they never sell - it's very flawed and the place is not run well. While I was there, it seemed that the manager was at least trying, but upper management does not give many resources
