      Pros

      Great benefits above base salary. People are great and both creative and technical. Great brand and technology.

      Cons

      Can be political and promotion can take some time. If you are lucky then you have a good manager but if not, you can get a horrible manager who make life challenging...but this seems to be the norm at most companies.
