Pros
Loads of opportunities for training and personal growth, both in terms of technical knowledge and personal development. The day-to-day working environment was open and friendly, with all teams able and encouraged to discuss and ask questions across all levels.
Cons
Sometimes a conflict between the way the US arm want to run things and how the UK arm reacts, but this is mostly due to culture differences. Oh and so many buzzwords.
