Gifted Engineers with a lot of passion. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Several interesting projects. The Engineering crowd is very sociable and lots of group activity.
Cons
Review process can be a little outdated. Too man VPs and upper management ranks for a company of its size. It makes the organization seems more like a mushroom than a pyramid. Some groups over hire and under deliver.
