      Pros

      There's a reason I stayed almost ten years. Really nice team, open to opinions, smart about growth, lots of good work to do. Handled COVID really admirably.

      Cons

      PTO policy isn't great and hasn't evolved. A little inflexible on working from home, but that may have changed.

      Company was great, people were extremely friendly and eager to teach and help out, felt a part of a real team

      None of note, I had no issues here. Only good things to say.
