      - Working with dogs - Good pay - Customers are awesome

      Cons

      - Disrespectful, condescending, and disorganized upper management - Intolerable work environment - Disregard for safety concerns - Micromanaging - Staff having to pay out of pocket for adoptable dog food, toys, treats, etc. - Benefits get reduced or taken away with no notice - No work/life balance. Managers are expected to be on call all hours of operation

      Pros

      Great place to work if you are a pet groomer. Commission rate is very fair. Pricing is on the cheaper side but competitive.

      Cons

      Micromanaging tendencies from upper management and no one in management has pet grooming experience. Only benefit is insurance stipend and pet food. Used to have a vet care benefit but discontinued it and never replaced it.
