Great Company - Parts Manager Doggett Freightliner Employee Review

Great company and amazing people to work with.

I have not experienced any issues with Doggett Freightliner.

Great job wonderful bosses they will be willing to help with anything and everything I can say so much positive things about the shop foreman. And manager they are truly great leaders and environment back shop a lot of learning and great people to work with hours can be great and you can make as much money as you can when you push and when there is actual work that not for front shop of for the favored.

It is flag time and they don’t do hourly pay they’ll say if they are they’ll drop your pay down a lot which I don’t get because they can make millions a year when other minor companies can pay 21-35 an hour guaranteed but that’s the only con holidays slows down really bad where there will be no work at all and if there is no work then there is no pay they only offer 5 hours a WEEK for training classes you get done what I mean by front shop favored is they are spoiled and really cry about everything they do more engine work and refuse any other jobs which can be good but when there is slow season they’ll tend to have some guys there fed rather then being equal I get it comes with senority but either way 30 techs there they need to still pass out work and be equal regardless everyone gots to eat if get it if we were hourly with bonuses but we aren’t so we all have to be fed
