the ownership really cares about the company and will get knitty gritty with everything. they will dive in deep and even in small details with customer service when i need help and support. it's actually very helpful they still care about their customers. dogdrop is the fastest pace company i've worked at and has high expectations which has allowed me to grow more than usual in this type of role. they really care about the care for the dogs and people

it is fun to work with dogs, but there is not a lot of down time or chill time on the job.

Ownership allows discussions on ideas, fulfillment and operations, that make me feel like I'm part of something bigger than just a job. I work with dogs, all day, which is pretty pretty great! Staff support is excellent and I haven't spent my days fighting to implement changes. I am in control of my location, not micro-managed; allowing ideas and successes to come more naturally.
