The job comes first, you are expected to put the company above all else including your own family. Blatant nepotism. You have to buy your own computer, they do not provide one. Lack of cohesion between departments. Management has no way of tracking productivity. In order to get a raise you have to take on more work and even then a raise is not guaranteed. No way to move up or advance in any way.
