My coworkers were wonderful and there was a large variety of jobs done there so you always did something different everyday. It was a highly skilled environment and I learned a great deal working there.

Money was not invested in new equipment and machinery. most of the machinery was from the 80's and 90's and it was hard to get equipment fixed.

Good insurance, but if the owner of the company gets his way that will change, if they don't close down the location I worked at first.(Williams White and Co in Moline, illinois)

Horrible shop owner Horrible office staff Absolutely atrocious shop foreman who will go out of his way to cut you down. No worthwhile training whatsoever. Very discombobulated, no real pattern Frequent layoffs Unruly co workers Heavy favoritism Union is junk They short cut almost everything they can in hopes to make deadlines and usually it results in missed deadlines and bad parts. Do yourself a favor and just apply elsewhere.
