Worst mistake I ever made - Assistant Store Leader Dodge's Chicken Store Employee Review

Never received proper training, too many team members participate in the rumor mill, erratic work hours, poor insurance benefits, supposed "bonuses" are paid in the form of store gift cards. No support from upper management.
