Great time to be an Enterprise Account Exec! Multiple reps over two commas and deal size is increasing annually. Some massively exciting transactions took place this past year. New leadership from the last few years has brought proven discipline and process and the overall deal support is better than anywhere I've been. Talent exists in every department and they are all eager to help. The market is maturing to the point where enterprise wide deployments are becoming the norm. F500 is increasingly aware of our impact and we are quickly becoming a "must-have". Chief Digital Officers starting to pop up everywhere. Still very early innings. Huge upside for the right Enterprise Execs. If you've done your homework and know your territory, you will be successful.
Cons
Not a con but an observation.....DocuSign is a rocket ship. Not many companies have our YoY growth the last 5 to 10 years. Expect turbulence. In fact, embrace it. Stay focused and prioritize your time wisely. Adaptability and focus are fundamental to any sales job...perhaps a bit more here than others.
