Pros
- Leadership - Takes suggestions and feedback seriously as part of the CEO's commitment to having DocuSign be a great place to work. - Innovation - Product team is constantly improving the core offering while coming up with more intuitive technology to help businesses move quicker, more efficiently and effectively. - Talent - Smart, driven, experienced, high-performing people work at DocuSign. Everyday, I find that I learn something new from somebody here. - Benefits are solid. Great health, dental, vision. The snacks stands, refrigerators and kitchen are always stocked with enough fuel foods to get us through the day. Also, the employee stock plan is generous. - Focused on performance. I appreciate DocuSign's focus on consistently over-performing. As a sales organization, there's a powerful focus on becoming a predictable revenue generating SAAS machine. If you like performing at a high level in a sales organization, you'll do well here. - Opportunity. DocuSign's mission is to rid the world of paper. A tall stand for sure. Yet, I've noticed an innate confidence that the company will reach that objective. What's more is our customers LOVE DocuSign. They literally say that. On the phone. In texts. In emails. In person. It's fun selling a product that people love.
Cons
- Benefits missing - no 401k matching and health/wellness programming isn't a focus i.e. Gym membership reimbursement isn't impressive.
