Pros
Growing business , massive opportunities, support for people and their needs especially when they have families or work from home.. The CEO supports high achievers and doers, but he definitely can read people well and has no time for lazy employees. There is good sense of direction and constant updates during weekly meetings about how the business is doing and the changes, keeping the team informed and managing expectations. As any startup there are changes but decisions are being made carefully and risk is assessed beforehand. The focus is the revenue and growth and this is evident in all the decisions being made.
Cons
Diversity in the senior leadership is zero impacting the way decisions are made as everyone looks at issues from the same perspective. Having a ceo who worked in multinational diverse companies make it better. There is still room for improvement! Too much care for people’s feelings to the point that sometimes you have to tip toe in case someone gets hurt if someone else is doing their job and Sometimes too many people doing the same thing resulting in work overlapping and slightly causing issues between teams.
