1. You get freedom to take your decession. 2.No much wastage of time in reviews. 3.If your manager wants will to connect with he connect, if everything is fine he do not waste your time. 4.You will get chance every month to discuss your ideas with CEO & CTO - Which is above all benefits and salary. 5. Most important you will get tons of learning experience here.
Cons
1. Entire tech team is a piece of Junk - Arrogant and dont want to adapt changes basis requirement. 2. Should be more customer centric - should always try to invent something new for the customer - But unfortunately SO CALLED TECH Team will not let you do. 3. Many flaws in App and Backend - No one is bothered about it - all tech team need is "bahana".
