Pros

Competitive pay Remote work flexibility

Cons

A word of caution to those considering or currently navigating this organization: The surface-level camaraderie and lighthearted banter should not be mistaken for genuine support. At the end of the day, this is a highly individualistic environment where self-preservation takes precedence. Do not assume bonuses are guaranteed—senior leadership frequently finds ways to withhold them, often citing vague justifications. The incompetence at the middle and upper management levels is staggering, creating systemic inefficiencies and poor decision-making. HR remains complicit in these issues, continuing a pattern of quiet layoffs under the guise of performance management. This tactic allows the company to avoid publicly acknowledging workforce reductions, bypass severance obligations, and sidestep further blows to already fragile morale. Make no mistake—HR does not act in employees’ best interests. Furthermore, diversity is virtually nonexistent, and the culture is deeply misogynistic. Those expecting an equitable and inclusive workplace will likely be disappointed. Proceed with caution.
