      Agile organization with flat structure. Working with interesting technology and interesting customers in challenging projects. Hybrid work setup with good office amenities and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Can be chaotic to newcomers, process streamlining is a work in progress. Direct feedback culture can be a shock to some people.
