Pros
The Product: The food is sensational. I love eating here. In fact, that’s what made me apply. I was spending so much time here anyways, I figured why not get free food and an employee discount? I have zero regrets. You just can’t beat the taste of Doc B’s buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. The People: At the restaurant I work at, the people MAKE the experience. My first day on the job I was personally welcomed by every single employee (and not because they’d been told to, just casually throughout the day). My training that first week would have been a lot more stressful without their help and assurances that I’d eventually pick it up. In my time here I’ve developed a whole new appreciation for a positive work environment. My coworkers encourage me to do my best every day so that our team can work together more efficiently and effectively. I always try to do my best to make their job easier, and I know they’re doing the same for me. Doc B’s feels like home now, and my coworkers feel like family.
Cons
There isn’t a single con to working at Doc B’s. Great food. Great people. Great team.
