- Zero flexibility and zero tolerance; - Lousy Teamwork that always navel-gazing instead of looking at the global team, totally a narcissistic team (except for very few people); - There are no leadership (except for 1), but are bossy whatsoever; - They are NOT opened neither willing to new ideas or changes, their saying is: "We have always done this way!", even when they are performing it wrongly; - Old-fashioned, bossy, misguided mentality: they are always right and you must agree, turn down your head and endure their madness; - Schedules/timeline plans are NEVER followed neither accomplished on time, due to a huge mess in the upper management (it turns anyone crazy); - Unprofessional management (especially the directors): lack of knowledge, shoutings, insults, zero credibility or trust on their staff/peers; - Zero professional development, it means your career plan will be stuck; - Insane Internal Code of Conduct disregarding the European and Local Working Laws. - Promised benefits, such as an Extra Annual Bonus, are not carried out or not equally paid, it depends on their mood, not based on the real income performance; - There is only 1 real benefit: a cheap health insurance (so you can visit your doctor out of the working hours); - Stressful and extremely negative environment.
