      They "talk" about work life balance...

      Cons

      Overtime is expected but not paid, complaints are over-looked and not addressed, often discouraged from speaking out about abusive behaviour from senior employees, profits are at the top of the list way ahead of employee retention and happiness.

      Pros

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Cons

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
