Hello Job Seeker OR My Future Employee,First I would like to highlight and add the proper response inline with the received review.
We have sent 3 warnings and then still the same performance and we have FIRED HER with LOW PERFORMANCE, LOW IQ, She did multiple messes up to the working Environments, Watching Movies/Series during working hours, keeping her phone inside a chair and many more...
- She doesn't understand how to read emails OR respond to emails. (And when we asked to respond she just sent random answers or made a large volume of messup to the working environments.)
- Every time she just works with Mobile OR Mobile Songs OR Series.
- Keep her phone on the seat and listen/read the movie/web series. (When I started a random visit, I checked 3 times for this and notified her.)
- Any work we sent, no observations. Just copy/paste and send it. (Not even knowing how to send a mail with a reply to the same/given task.)
- She left on the 29th and is still asking/demanding 31 days' salary (Month of March). Still, we paid her.
- We arranged Small snake parties (Lunch Time - With all the people's approval that this is for the Soljari party) at the office with Soljari. But, the next day when asked for payment she said this was a women's day party and not ready to pay. (2 days and still not paid and then I have to come in the picture to make payment.) And how she asked the Women's Day party where she was LEFT early.
- She said we don't have a vision. But, our vision was messed up due to such kinds of resources only. If the company has such resources that disturb the environment then the company's vision is messed up by default. So, only we have FIRED her to focus on our VISION.
- She said - We are not providing Tea, Lunch Room, etc... We have been here working for the last 2 years and everyone is doing Lunch in the Lunch Room as we set. As She demands EXTRA, we don't need to listen to everything. She started having problems when she joined. Also, she said hand wash etc... this is already filled and already in the office to fill it. All need to be adjusted based on the office structure we have. If she needs high structure, she can go.
- When we asked to test how she learned/understood it, we tested with multiple tasks but every time with the same effort. (I don't know. I can't do & etc...)We have started learning lessons and come up with 5 points where we feel we can improve but still here she said I don't need this. Now you can let us know how we can improve her performance if she is not interested in improving herself.
- Daily min. 3/5 time needs to go outside for a phone without a PIN & PINOUT. (We have asked almost 50+ times to do this but never did this.)
- She mentioned in the Glassdoor review -- 9 hours 30 min but we have 9 working hours only based on the current environment. (All agreed to make this hour when we have made 2 more SATs. OFF last year)
- We are working Monday to Sat Only (Only 5th Sat. working whenever comes).
- Every time a topic that is not related to work starts a big/long conversation and causes glitches in the system. This is not acceptable. That's why we have FIRED HER after giving 2nd (1 By Mail & 2 Verbal) performance notice in the 2nd month.
- She comes on time but goes EXACT 7.15 even if work is pending many times. (At this point we don't have an issue but if your task/work is pending then your job is to FINISH it and report back to the concerned person before going OR switching off the PC.)
- She has never done any single work with 100%. Just doing and sending with no other initiative. So, how can we send new work? Also, she doesn't understand any English words and says...When she joined, she agreed with her salary and after that, she wanted more. This is 100% not acceptable. We are here for clients. If the client is happy then only the rest are HAPPY.
- After she was hired, almost 3/4 times a week, she created the issue for the working environments. The one thing is common, one can do, others can do the SAME.As an owner OR manager,
- we have the right to tell you if you make things wrong! If you make the same mistake multiple times, we have the right to tell you again.
I highly recommend DON'T HIRE SUCH PERSONS to your working environments.
