Pros
- Stability
- Competitive salary
- Health insurance plan
- Employees are really nice and they give you a hand when you need it. It doesn't matter if they are a teacher, director, administration or facilities staff, they've got your back. I find this really important, even more than the salary or growth opportunities. Let's be honest, everyone's goal is to wake up and go to work feeling grateful and happy about what you do. At the end is where we spend the most time of our days right? and this place has those 3 things so it's definitely a good catch.
- Offices are pretty and clean all the time
- Central location in Doral
- Spacious car parking
- Available gym and cafeteria for employees
- English/ Spanish. Since we are in Miami, there are people from every place so it's a multicultural environment
- There is a volunteering culture that I love not only because I think it's a great way way to raise kids, but because sometimes we ( adults) forget about doing it often. We are always so busy that we ignore how important helping others is and how it makes you feel grateful about what you have. They recently donated food and money for Puerto Rico and Mexico after hurricanes impact and they also organize events for sharing with the community all the time.
- Teachers are very creative and loving with the kids. Walking through the hallways and decorations in every classroom makes you want being a kid again
- Pastors are humble and close to parents and staff
Cons
- It's a fast paced environment so it can be stressful sometimes since you have a lot of things to be focused on.
- Customer Services positions require patience, because you deal with all kinds of people and we are usually full. But most of them are really respectful and it's up to you giving a smile and a good service to people so they can trust you and be reciprocal to you
