Pros
If you want to work at a place where you are undervalued and underappreciated then this is the place to be. Although it might seem like a great opportunity, you will soon realize that the only opportunities here are false hopes and promises.
Cons
Hard work and dedication are usually overlooked and management will quickly change their tune if there is any sign that you want compensation or appreciation. And don't even count on ever receiving a promotion even though it is promised in your interview, they would prefer to have a group of minions do all of their work and will continue to take all of the credit and benefits that come from your efforts.
