      Pros

      People doing the actual work are great to work with. The on-the-ground teams would hard and collaboratively to complete projects.

      Cons

      So much new process made by VPs who have never touched equipment or even managed a project. Needless procedure that is billed to job budgets that are already skim at best to begin with. Labor overages are rampant. Everyone is seriously overloaded, even more so now with the new processes that seem to be added every few weeks. There is not enough time nor budget to do what is being asked of us. There is no upward mobility or significant salary improvement. Every time any path forward is completed, the bar is raised. I have been at Diversified for years and chasing that carrot for every single one of them.
