Micromanagement, along with no hands on training is a sticky place to be. President of the company, David Stascavage, only will respect you if you sell anything - does not respect you on bad days, is very arrrogant, has no self awareness and may accidently call you fat. There is no HR - they gave the title of HR and IT and CFO to one person - who is his long lost work bestie. It is not a safe place for good mental health, open minds, or respect for others. You sit in your cubicle in pure silence - people rarely talk to each other.
