Pros

I joined as an advisor and was introduced to a team after 1.5 months of training. My mentor was exceptionally calm and friendly even though I struggled a bit initially, very soon I was able to clear probation. The team is friendly and fun, it almost feels like hanging out with your college buddies. Even when I was just an advisor I was offered different level of work and opportunity which made me confident within my craft. After a considerable amount of time, if there are good internal opportunities and you show interest people including senior managers will encourage you to pursue it. There is no hierarchy system, if you have an idea you can pitch it freely.

Cons

None, at present. It's good

Pros

Working at Ditto Insurance has been a valuable learning experience for me, especially as an Insurance Advisor. The company maintains a customer-first approach, which helps advisors focus on genuinely helping clients instead of just selling products. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and all team members are always willing to help each other. Managers are always approachable and provide guidance whenever needed, which creates a positive environment for learning and growth. One of the best aspects is the training and knowledge-sharing culture. Regular discussions, feedback sessions, and practical exposure have helped me improve both my communication skills and insurance knowledge significantly. The company also gives good exposure to different customer scenarios, which helps build confidence and professionalism over time. Overall, it is a good place for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in the insurance advisory domain.

Cons

As the company is growing rapidly, some processes and workflows are still evolving. However, management is continuously working toward improving operational efficiency and employee experience. At times, the pace of work can be demanding, especially during high-volume periods, but it also provides opportunities to learn time management and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
