used to be a community of fantastic employees and supervisors all working towards a common goal. used to have great work life balance, a supportive culture, and real care towards DEI, but everything changed...
Cons
as outside investment took over, the company became increasingly obsessed with profit and unconcerned about the actual desires of their customer base. they began outsourcing positions, ignoring the suggestions of their workforce, and ultimately laid off their entire customer support, quality assurance, and quality control teams after those teams had recently formed a union because of the decreasing quality of life they had been experiencing.
