      Pros

      The company has a family-operated feel. Many positions are filled from within the company. Being a natural gas piping company, there is a huge market for work with very little competition.

      Cons

      A sever lack of communication within the company creates serious problems in revenue. While the company promotes from within, many people in a managerial position are not equipped for a supervisory role.

      There really is not a good reason to work here!!!!

      A lot of travel with no compensation. Pay is very nominal.

      Pros

      Great on the job experience, they prepare you with the tools and knowledge to move to a better company with more benefits and better pay.

      Cons

      Very little to no benefits available for entry/lower level employees, very labor intensive work, no sick leave or vacation. Company shows little appreciation for your contribution. High turnover due to level of work required and low pay.
