Thank you for taking the time to write the review and I’m sorry that you don’t feel our current benefit offering or working arrangements met your needs or was at a suitable level. Please consider however how quickly the business is growing and developing and has even changed over the past 12 months. In just 1 year we have reduced the working hours, introduced flexible and hybrid working, significantly increased the holiday allowance structure including the amount of annual leave, being able to buy and sell holidays, birthdays off, introduced service awards, given everyone in the business life cover and income protection plans. We are actively working on development plans for everyone in the company. We will continue to listen and are dedicated to improving our benefits offering to the team and are in the process of developing it further this year.
