Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’ll address issues in the comments individually. Yes, there is a commute; however, we provided an earned option to work remotely. We currently allow each team member to work remotely one day a week in response to a request for that schedule adjustment in order to create an opportunity for a flexible work environment. We believe that the base salary is competitive in the market place for similar positions. If in sales, that base is part of a package that includes a competitive commission rate and production bonuses. Combined, it is our hope that each person will earn a comfortable living coupled with a positive work environment. The owners of the company are committed to the academic success of each student we serve as well as a positive work environment for each and every team member. Because the owners have over 50 years’ combined experience in post-secondary education and the executive management team has an additional 60 years in this market, we believe we have our finger on the pulse of what the market demands and on what our students require for success. Having said that, we also have an open door policy that encourages input from every team member as we continually improve deliverables.
