      Lot of micromanagement Under-paying for every role Management plays favorites Management selectively allows for outrageous abuse of PTO Management takes zero feedback Management does not advocate for their employees with other members of the management team I wasn’t even here a year and change and I was blown away with the incompetence

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal, as is the leadership. Engineers are encouraged to try new things, and have agency over their work. Decent compensation with great benefits and unlimited PTO (at the time of writing).

      Cons

      While their are plenty of opportunities to learn, there are few avenues to climb the career ladder internally.
