Little to no upward mobility, less than perfect pay

Coworkers are friendly and location is nice.

The new leadership is problematic. There is no education focus at the top only concerns about revenue. DEI efforts have been shrunk and not prioritized, This organization does not appreciate independent thinkers but blind loyalty to leadership. Those who support the union are targeted. Especially minority employees.
