Pros
Worked through college while working at DCT. They pay for some but anything helps. Management is diffrent in all places but i had the honor to work for a great manager. The owner of the comapny really cares about his people and hard work really pays off. Closed on sunday was a plus
Cons
Long workdays with small break, 10 hour shifts sometimes with 30 min break. Thats about it
