High turnover, very low moral, bullying - Anonymous employee Disability Determination Services Employee Review

Severely lacking in personal accountability & responsibility. Very high turnover, rampant bullying & various forms of harassment on all levels. Incompetent disconnected leadership & supervisors. No support in job role, very poor training. Alot of family and friends employed (nepotism). Cliquish. Alot of staff are on antidepressants & anxiety medications. Very suppressive toxic dysfunctional work environment. Very political.
