Pros
Paid holidays, benefits, and passionate hard-working front line staff
Cons
The CEO's big plan to raise salaries and tell all current staff that they were expendable has backfired. Majority of the hardest working staff have left, which is why you will find the incredibly large number of vacancies especially in leadership roles. Staff leaving are expected to give notice upwards of 30 days, but were often times were asked to leave on the spot or earlier, leaving people scrambling for how they would pay their bills or feed their families after following the policies of the agency. Leadership would often change their tune when convenient for them. Many staff were denied leadership roles until the agency became desperate enough and then say "You are a great fit for this role!" You can clearly tell several of the 5 star reviews are written by leadership in an attempt to fluff the numbers. Staff were often guilted into writing positive reviews and contribute money out of their own paychecks to give back to the agency. If you didn't you weren't "on the right bus". Clearly the bus has driven off a cliff at this point. If you aren't receiving your own mental health treatment prior to starting this job, get ready, because you are going to need it! #Alltheshame
