Pros
Some of the best things are the people that are here. Very passionate and very dedicated. There's definitely the fire of a startup without the disorganization. We make great products and have a lot of close collaboration. Execs are really in the trenches working hard with everyone else and it creates a very close-knit work environment. Really great benefits and perks for working here.
Cons
Fast growth means lots of work and we're definitely always busy. Occasionally we'll run into pressing issues that need to be addressed outside of normal hours. We are still fairly new so some kinks are still being sorted out but we've got a dedicated leadership team that addresses issues quickly and effectively.
