Brilliant Workplace - Senior Customer Service Representative Direct Sports Employee Review

Laid-back atmosphere, casual dress code and some great colleagues to work with!

Unfortunately, you are made to feel like another number rather than a valued employee. There's a lack of progression here, even if you put yourself forward to help the business in a positive way and show willingness. This is due to the outdated mindset and culture, because of this employees tend to blame eachother when something goes wrong, yet hard work is not noticed. So, there really isn't anything appealling to work for, reducing job satisfaction and the overall moral of the employees. There's a disconnection for the upper management and the employees, which results in an unnecessary toxic environment. It's sad to see a company you appreciated and loved, become a place of conflict and have to walk away.

I have worked at Direct Sports for just under 10 years now. I have been presented with many opportunities to further my career here and have been provided with plenty of support at each stage of progression. I enjoy working as part of a friendly, welcoming team and look forward to seeing what the future continues to hold for me here.

There are limited options on the business park when choosing somewhere for lunch so I find it is best to bring my own.
