Pros
Good work environment, nice people(for the most part)
Cons
-Company wastes lots of time and money launching products/projects that they know have little chance of being successful.
-No Accountability at management level...If a product is not successful it's not the producer or manufacturer's fault for a crappy product, it's your fault for not being to sell said crappy product.
-Company has downsized/reorg'd every year for at least five years, letting go talented people who work hard but executives rarely change.
-They say they are open to ideas and want you engaged in the biz, but if you openly question plans, you are a trouble maker. Candor is definitely not appreciated.
-Low level employees frequently take the fall for unsuccessful products and strategies even though they were just following management's orders.
- Every department works under a different set of rules and expectations, frustrating to see people work at 50% capacity and get promoted because they in the "good" dept.
- Not really open to change, "that's the way we've always done it" is a frequent answer.
-No real strategy for the future, the company is not evolving instead they are repackaging old products, trying to squeeze blood from a turnip.
