      Pros

      Dim Mak is firmly rooted in the EDM space, as an intern I got a great taste of how a label runs, how to market releases, and made a lot of connections with cool people I'm still friends with years later. Office had a very laid-back, creative culture, but people still got their work done. If you are tenacious as an intern you can be brought on full time, but don't count on it.

      Cons

      Low pay (but what did you expect - it's the music industry) and high employee turnover

      Awesome communication and mentor like instruction from operations manager Landon. He is the Best

      Not any cons except I had to do it remote online because I was not in LA

      - Lots of free stuff - Great coworkers - Easy enough - Nice office

      - Management, but heard there was lots of turnover since I was there last - Industry standard compensation for creative AKA bad
