Pros
It was fun getting to know other interns with similar passions and interests. We had the opportunity to research fun and exciting up-and-coming influencers and events in the Chicagoland area. We also got to participate in a few of the events which we appreciated.
Cons
The structure of the company remained unclear throughout the process. The small, start-up is mostly ran by a few employees, and nearly the entire team is comprised of interns. There's a lot of busy work and we never really got to see our work come to fruition. Our work was basically extremely rough drafts of what the actually employees would pitch to potential partners and brands.
