Poor progression for staff, unfair pay

Relatively easy going, most staff friendly.

Little chance of progression, no chance of perfomance related pay, training is poor, poor management, virtually no incentives. They ask "what can we do better?", you make suggestions but they never act on them, especially paying lip service.
