      Pros

      Good pay rate. Standard benefits. Managers are great

      Cons

      You have to pay for parking, there is little to non existent flexibility to work from home, just on fridays. In mexico you get hired by a third party company that are never on the side of the employee. Terrible HR team and internal communication.

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
