We hear that you had frustration regarding end-of-quarter pressure and acknowledge the importance of a sustainable sales environment. We are committed to achieving goals throughout the quarter while prioritizing genuine customer value over quick wins. We are also leveraging technology and data analysis to streamline workflows and free up time for our team. In addition, we recognize the importance of celebrating milestones throughout the quarter--not just at the end--to maintain morale and motivation.
We agree that clear communication and alignment are crucial. We're actively working to improve transparency across our teams through initiatives like V2MOMs (our company-wide goal setting framework), regular Town Halls, and dedicated communication channels. We also encourage open communication within teams and across departments.
